Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines
- Images submitted must have the following specifications:
- • At least 3 MB @ 300dpi or higher.
- • RAW / PSD / JPEG/ TIFF formats only.
- To achieve awesome quality, please comply with the above requirements.
- Always use an original file (i.e. directly from the digital camera it was taken with). Photos grabbed from social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram or from the web are not advisable.
- For actual hard copy photos, scan at 300 DPI or higher.
- We are not responsible for unclear images. The quality of prints will depend on the quality of what you send in.
- To expedite delivery, please submit all requirements so we can get your print to you ASAP.
- • Photo file in correct specifications – uploaded on the website or via email.
- • Photo in the cropped layout in the specific size – uploaded on the website or via email.
- • Full payment – on the site or via email.
- Revisions or editing may entail an editing fee.
- Production begins only after upon full payment and final approval of the image. Lead time is 7 working days.
- Once the print is under production, no refunds or revisions may be accommodated.
- Please note that there may be slight color differences between the image seen on your screen and the finished product. Since your images are in RGB and we print in CMYK, photos usually turn out a little darker on print than on screen. Variances may also occur due to the different media used for printing. (i.e. canvas, laminated photo board, photo paper, etc).
- We ensure confidentiality for all personal information and images.
- No cancellations and refunds or exchange of orders when full requirements are completed.
